Hydra Louffa

Hydra Louffa is a body cleansing gel that uses gentle coconut-derived surfactants and a rich mixture of vitamin and mineral-concentrated organic botanicals. This non-granular gel has a luxurious feel and is packed with nutrients and antioxidants that gently exfoliate, nourish, and hydrate the skin.

Organic Betula Alba Leaf Extract (Birch)

Birch is healing, astringent, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. It stimulates metabolic activity when applied topically. This extract contains high concentrations of vitamins B1, B2, A, C, and E and has been used historically for its soothing and hydrating properties on eczema and psoriasis.

Microcitrus Australasica Fruit Extract (Caviar Lime)

This is part of a new generation of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) that are gentle, effective, and non-irritating. It contains vitamin E and a very high concentration of vitamin C, which provide antioxidant, pigment balancing, skin brightening, and collagen-stimulating properties. Like other AHAs, caviar lime increases cell turnover and exfoliation via apoptosis. It assists wound healing, cell signaling, homeostasis, nitric oxide production, barrier function, regulation of cellular differentiation, proliferation, and controlling erythema and inflammation.

Sodium Astrocaryum Murumuruate (Saponified Murumuru Butter)

A fatty-acid rich butter that provides a creamy lather. Murumuru deeply cleanses, soothes irritation, is anti-inflammatory, and seals in moisture.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Cocoyl lsethionate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine

A combination of mild, sulfate-free surfactants derived from fatty acids in coconuts. These ingredients provide a rich lather and velvety feel on the skin, deeply cleansing without stripping or dehydrating.

Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine

A coconut-derived surfactant, thickener, and foaming agent. It gently cleanses while assisting in the delivery and permeation of other active ingredients.

Organic Urtica Dioica Leaf Extract (Nettle)

Nettle is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. It is antioxidant, wound healing, inhibits lipid peroxidation, neutralizes reactive-oxygen species (ROS), reduces the inflammatory response, and has some analgesic properties. The chlorophyll in nettle promotes cellular regeneration and detoxification.

Melissa Officinalis Leaf Extract (Lemon Balm)

Lemon Balm contains high flavonoids and polyphenols. It is antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral, reduces melanin synthesis, protects the skin’s elasticity, and reduces histamine responses in hyper-reactive skin.

Prunus Serotina Bark Extract (Wild Cherry Bark)

This botanical is rich in antioxidant-boosting flavonoids. Historically, Native Americans have used wild cherry bark as an anti-inflammatory, astringent, disinfectant, and wound dressing. It is a cooling herb that reduces heat, redness, inflammation, and tenderness in the skin.

Citrus Sinensis Peel Extract (Sweet Orange)

Orange peel is fragrant, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory. It is also a free radical scavenger rich in vitamin C.

Vaccinium Oxycoccos Fruit Extract (Cranberry)

Contains anthocyanidins, phytosterols, vitamins C, E, and K1, omega 3, 6, and 9, manganese, and copper. This makes cranberry antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory; it nourishes, moisturizes, strengthens, refines, reduces TEWL, and improves elasticity. Cranberry has also been shown to inhibit glycosylation.

Mentha Piperita Leaf Extract (Peppermint)

A cooling herb that contains menthol, making it mildly anesthetic to minor irritations. In addition, peppermint includes vitamins A and C, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium, calcium, manganese, copper, and iron. This herb is a free radical scavenger and has antimicrobial and antifungal properties.

Vaccinium Corymbosum Fruit Extract (Blueberry)

Blueberries contain potent antioxidants and are rich in polyphenols, including anthocyanidins. They have photoprotective qualities and help reduce and repair visible environmental damage and boost the skin's natural defense system.

Prunus Armeniaca Fruit Extract (Apricot)

This fruit extract is moisture-boosting, nourishing, high in antioxidants (flavonoid polyphenols), and contains beta carotene, vitamins A, C, and E. It also lends fragrance to this formula.

Naturally Derived and Microbiome-Friendly Preservative Blend

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (Green Tea), Allium Sativum Bulb Extract (Garlic), Cocos Nucifera Oil (Coconut), Lactobacillus Ferment, Yeast Ferment Extract.

1. Apply Hydra Louffa directly to damp skin.
2. Massage into a lather and let sit for a few moments to allow the beneficial actives to work.
3. Rinse clean.

For bath: add a few drops of Seba-E in addition to Hydra Louffa for an emollient, hydrating, and relaxing bubble bath.
