Hydrating Masque provides supreme hydration by replenishing moisture in the intercellular spaces of the epidermis. It increases turgidity by raising water levels, giving the skin a firmer and more youthful appearance. This formula showcases aloe, allantoin, chamomile, and hyaluronic acid, which supply beneficial botanical compounds and cellular nutrition, as well as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant concentrations for compromised and moisture-depleted skin.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract
An antioxidant that hydrates, soothes, and conditions the skin while regenerating tissue. It is photoprotective, stimulates the immune system, and boosts collagen synthesis; aloe also contains antiviral properties, antiseptic saponins, and anti-inflammatory enzymes. Itis incredibly nutrient-rich with 75 active compounds, including vitamins A, C, E, B12, folic acid, potassium, fatty acids, and more.
Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract (Roman Chamomile)
A botanical antioxidant with medicinal properties. Chamomile is an ancient herb that quickly permeates the skin, used to soothe internal and external ailments. Topically, it has been used to treat wounds, eczema, and dermatitis. The extract contains over 120 biocompatible compounds, including antioxidant phenolic flavonoids and terpenoids. Two terpenoids, a-bisabolol and azulene, are anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibiotic.
Allantoin
Naturally found in the body, allantoin is mildly keratolytic (breaks down keratin) and encourages desquamation and cell regeneration. Allantoin locks moisture into the extracellular matrix, accelerates healing, and reduces hypersensitivity, making it ideal for distressed skin. It is found in plants like chamomile and treats dry skin, burns, acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and allergies. It also absorbs the UV spectrum, protecting cell DNA.
Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
A glycosaminoglycan (GAG) and polysaccharide that is part of the intercellular matrix. HA is a hygroscopic molecule that permeates the skin and draws in water to replenish and maintain hydration levels. HA improves elasticity and forms a topical film that plumps and softens fine lines and wrinkles.
Azulene
An extract from chamomile, azulene is a terpenoid compound that works as a coloring agent. It also has some natural skin-soothing properties.

How do I use Hydrating Masque?
Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye and lip area. Leave on for the recommended time (usually 10-20 minutes), then rinse thoroughly or remove as directed.
At what age should I start using anti-ageing products?
Prevention is easier than correction. Most dermatologists recommend starting a basic anti-ageing routine (antioxidants, SPF, and a gentle retinol) in your mid-to-late twenties. However, it is never too late to start — the skin responds to active ingredients at any age.
Why are some DMK products only available in-salon?
DMK's enzyme-based treatments are designed to work at a professional level, requiring proper skin assessment and application guidance from a trained therapist. This ensures safe, effective results — particularly for complex concerns like acne scarring, pigmentation, and skin revision. Contact us to book a consultation.
How often should I use this mask?
1-3 times per week, depending on the formula. Hydrating masks can be used more frequently; detoxifying or exfoliating masks should be used sparingly.
